I have a Canon (altho it's a cheapie bought out of desperation when I dropped my old one in the mud) and I really like the brand in general. Have you seen this site? http://chdk.wikia.com/wiki/CHDK There's a lot of nifty features in that (but why do you need to play games on your camera? sometimes geeks scare me), and one day I'll get around to installing the firmware onto my camera and rock the crazy aperture settings.
