		<description>It's hard losing the staff you trust.  We lost the principal at our school last year and sadly, the new one cannot even begin to fill her shoes.

BUT - glass half full here - DD has twice had teachers who were in their first year at this school and they were awesome!  

Keep the faith, mom!

And congrats on the first grade 'graduation'.  We're graduating third grade here and it seems like yesterday I was watching her bound into that school wearing a backpack bigger than she was!  sniff sniff!</description>
