Your daughter is growing so fast Kate. :) I loved the shot of the purple flower! It's gorgeous. I thought we were warming nicely here but this morning I had to pop on the furnace because it was a mite too cold in the house this morning. We've been getting rain, rain, and more rain. Did I mention it's been pouring rain here? :)

Thank you. I...dislike M Day intensely, and don't even understand the point. Made the mistake of going to a few stores, and kept on getting the greeting of the day. Or being asked if I was a mother, so they could determine whether the greeting applied to me. Grumble. I told my husband I was paperwork pregnant and deserved some attention too.

I wonder the same thing about my son's birthparents. It would seem that they would have to be something else to have produced this child, this little boy who takes my breath away.

I'm filing away the advice to visit Alaska in May, hopefully that will come in handy one day.

Here in DC, I will thank the Kosmic All/One when the freaking oak trees stop trying to make babies (please let it be soon). Also, when we get two days of sun in a row. April showers people, April!

Happy belated.

I thought about S's birthmother, somewhat similar reasons: S constantly astounds me, and I feel so privileged, and more, to be the one to enjoy it. ~lmc
