Yeah, Kegals are definately the way to go. As you age the muscles relax and finally you end up a Depends users. It is amazing how well these exercises work at reversing the plunge into incontinence.

I too suffer from fine thin hair and a frizzy side. Mine's right and I blame sleeping on my right side for that. I took the opposite route and let my hair grow and braided it, Also no daily shampooing to dry it out. Every 4 days or more is fine plus conditioner works for me - no split ends either.

Hey- Ever hear of kegals? They do WONDERS for the bounce house effect! (and Odad might enjoy the results too ahem)

I have the frizzes, but instead of limp hair, I have the massive thick hair that frizzes to no end. Also bad hair life too!

My mom, your granny never understood that I too suffer a permanent Bad Hair day every day. Is the frizzy side your left or your right? Mine is the right. Sigh

I have the same hair and resigned myself years ago to having short hair. On the up side, I'm now working on my masters in acupuncture and oriental medicine and can cure leaking with two needles. I'm quite a pro at that and curing consitpation (I AM the poop whisperer. ha!). And since I've been in school for nearly 4 years my Bozo hair is less frizzy and more smooth and shiny. Still lacking the flowing locks, but no Bozo, so that's a difinite plus.
