But I agree with Vinegar Martini -- what is going to happen to these kids without a safe haven? Many of these parents had given up on getting services for their troubled kids. I worry though that the 'no more than three days old' rule will results in harm coming to older infants and toddlers. Regardless, it's still heartbreaking.
