		<description>Doesn't it just break your heart? But I agree with Vinegar Martini -- what is going to happen to these kids without a safe haven? Many of these parents had given up on getting services for their troubled kids. I hope the hotline helps.</description>

		<description>Kids are not Kleenex to be discarded and these instances break my heart.  I worry though that the 'no more than three days old' rule will results in harm coming to older infants and toddlers.  

Regardless, it's still heartbreaking.  I wonder what these teens felt like knowing their parents and guardians were abandoning them?  Sad!</description>
