		<description>I recommend that you demark a proper lawn area suitable for somersaults, handsprings, a hammock, croquet and tea &#38; let the rest of the acre go wild, tho you don't have to allow more trees. Surely you could seed it with wild berries of some sort &#38; Rick could do wildflowers...</description>
