		<description>Would something like Beano help if taken before indulging?  I also love both caullflower and broccoli, but don't have that degree of trouble.

I love steaming a very small whole head, placing it in a shalow plate then drizzling (more like drowning) the whole in butter. Serving it in quarters.</description>
