I love the picture. I love all snaggly, missing-teeth pictures of little kids. Big teeth does not automatically mean orthodontia- her head may grow just right before the teeth are all in. Yeah, that's a view through rose-colored glasses. I have TWO kids that need braces!

Oh my-between your last post and this one I am getting all weepy. I'll probably cry buckets when dd loses her first tooth. And that space in OD's mouth-that is where dd had her one and only tooth when we met her almost 5 years ago-and dh thought I was nuts in China when I said I didn't want her to get any more teeth because she wouldn't be as cute as she was then. Where has the time gone!?!

Still I know OD must be overjoyed-congrats to her!

oh, my! I believe that OD is about 6-9 months older than E, and I cannot imagine that we could be toothless that soon. I was talking to the dentist today, and I proclaimed that I might just be ready in another year.

She looks so grown up there, OD, with her toothless grin! It cracks me up, how huge their new teeth look for a few years, until their heads grow into them.

Good thing the tooth fairy remembers where OD is. How exciting!
