Absolutely devastated them financially (and I don't mean they can't buy a new suv, they're on factory wages), but 3 years later, they are still the happiest family ever. I just can't imagine how someone could live with themselves, filing such a lawsuit over the existence of their own child. I went through the IVF w/ICSI process.. we transfered three embryos.. fully aware of the risks... we did not get pregnant. I can't even believe that this case could be carried out... I mean they must have signed something and been told of the risks. I just cannot believe that.. This is yet another reason that as soon as I get to the pearly gates, I will need to immediately speak to the person who gives out babies. I have alot of questions. I hope those kids never find out about this suit. I wonder which one they think was "wrong". They should have both kids taken away and given to loving homes where the parents aren't able to be LUCKY ENOUGH to have biological children!! UGH!
