Interesting filler on your new environs...I look forward to reading more. And more about the new gymnastics program for the Dotter. The Bee was transfixed by the pre-Olympic gymnastics coverage on TV last night, so I sense it's in our future...

we spent the day yesterday in the Small Mountain University Town. Our hippy-dippy minister of the UCC church here in Little Cowboy City left to go lead the UCC up there, so we went to his installation (he and his wife are good friends of ours). It was fun, although eating at the Village Inn, not so much. Maybe you can fill me in on the Chinese restaurants you liked up there, so the next time, I can suggest something...?
