From my end, I perceive this as a touchpoint surrounded by love and a solid foundation, but a touchpoint, nonetheless. As a mom, I know touchpoints are inevitable for our kids, but a little corner of my heart breaks about it anyway, even if it does lead to a wonderful thing, in the end.
