Service tried everything to diagnose the reason for the reboot, and nothing made sense. In desperation, they mounted a video camera pointed towards the computer to see what the crash codes that flashed during crashes might show - a hint as to what the cause might be. Lo-and-behold, they saw a woman's hand reaching over towards the reset button and hitting the button to cause a reboot. The woman was identified by the bracelet she wore and she was let go.
