It's actually somestimes a severe handicap (as in this instance) to not be able to fib well. But, as Miss C. says, there will be a way, somehow. I've set OmegaDad to the task of finding out about the Vietnam programs, as right now I'm just not up to it. I'll keep one & all posted.
