		<description>I agree with what you write,  but I read that article a bit differently.  It is written like a Harvard Business School case (for good or bad)---trying to make the reader think.  I believe she is trying to point out that there currently are market forces, and we need to think about them carefully.  To me, market forces does not always mean 'free' markets, nor libertarian thinking.

The issues are complicated.
